• Promote sale of Premix products & services, and achieve sales targets
• Regular & planned visits in the allocated region(s) to canvass prospecting clients
• Provide technical assistance as and when required to clients and other stakeholders
• Ensure timely cash collection at all times
• Manage clients ’ portfolios
• Provide Management with detailed reporting on daily activities and sales
• Work in close collaboration with other departments
• Adhere to H&S policies and procedures

• HSC or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Degree/diploma in Civil Engineering will be a definite advantage
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of sales tools and techniques
• Knowledge of the Construction Industry
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driving license
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Organized with strong planning skills
• Detailed & focused
• Reliable, disciplined with a ‘ can-do attitude ’

• Responsible for maintenance (electrical and mechanical) of plant, yard and office.
• Prepare maintenance intervention reports for Management
• Install, commission and troubleshoot instrumentation, three phase and monophase systems
• Asist in the design and implementation of automated systems Follow up on automation projects
• Ensure preventive maintenance plan is followed and provide improvements
• Evaluate equipment for any repairs or upgrades and complete task as needed
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and identify and repair mechanical malfunctions

• Diploma in electromechanical/electrical systems
• Minimum of three years’ experience in an industrial field
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge in pneumatics and hydraulic systems
• Knowledge in control and instrumentation
• Familiar with programmable Logic Controller’s (PLC) and able to log onto PLC controlled system (ABB)
• Knowledge in electrical and electronics system
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft office
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
