The highly-flowable concrete

  • Horizontal Application
  • Vertical Application

This self-compacting concrete is used for all horizontal structures and provides excellent flatness without the need for mechanical troweling, while saving considerable time and optimising labour costs. By enabling thin layers (6 to 8 cm hollow core slabs) to be poured more rapidly, it reduces the complexity of placement, while allowing for faster implementation and more flexibility on site.

Best features

  • Highly flowable and fluid, and easy to implement
  • No vibration
  • Improvement in placing time: 150m² in 1 hour (2 people)
  • Limits the permissible distance of horizontal flow from point of discharge to 2-5 metres.

Structural synthetic fibres, carefully selected to meet your requirements, are added to the concrete during the mixing stage to produce a homogenous concrete. As the primary reinforcement, it greatly influences the construction schedule and the ability to install a concrete floor with speed and precision.

Best features

  • No placement of rebar required in the slabs
  • Prevents the corrosion of materials in the structure
  • No risk rebar splitting/cracking during the split joint
  • Reduces plastic shrinkage and cracking due to drying shrinkage
  • Improves resistance to impacts and the ductility of floors thanks to the even distribution of fibres on the slab
  • Increases tensile strength

Uses and applications

Industrial and commercial floors, warehouses and manufacturing workshops, machine bases, airport pavements

Available in

  • C25
  • C30
  • C35
  • C40

The Pro SeriesAnti Shrinkage Fibre

The concrete with synthetic microfibres

  • Horizontal Application

This concrete is made of polypropylene fibres. Unlike traditional reinforcement, its fibres are dispersed directly in the concrete until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.

Best features

  • Improves profits by reducing costs:
    • Labour costs to transport and place the steel;
    • Inventory of metal reinforcements
  • Improves the interface/consistency of concrete by reducing bleeding
  • Reduced plastic shrinkage and creep strain
